Raleigh, N.C. — North Carolina high school football final scores for Friday, Oct. 9, 2026, rolled in for Raleigh fans following statewide finals and a Triangle private-school result involving GRACE Christian.

St. David’s School 14, GRACE Christian (Raleigh) 6 highlighted the capital-city angle on one statewide scoreboard listing. Other Friday finals that Triangle readers use to track playoff-race weekends also matched across statewide boards.

Community School of Davidson 41, Lincoln Charter 0 appeared on both statewide boards. Eastern Randolph 28, Southwestern Randolph 7 likewise matched across the dual listings covering Oct. 9 games.

For Week 8 of the 2026 season, Roughly 200 games are on the docket this week, with most having conference and state playoff implications. For NCHSAA teams, there are just three more weeks of action after this one before the playoff brackets will be released.
